Experts in trademark law, design law, domain law and competition law

The entire spectrum of industrial property rights: Klinger & Kollegen will advise and represent you in the acquisition, maintenance and contestation of industrial property rights.

In particular, we will advise you in the event of legal infringements (keywords: imitation/product piracy) and support you in enforcing your rights, for example following a warning, injunction, lawsuit or in the context of border seizures.
Thanks to our international network, built up and proven over many years, we can also coordinate the relevant procedures abroad. In addition, we will of course represent you in contract negotiations, e.g. in relation to licence agreements, coexistence agreements and confidentiality agreements.

Our power of representation

We are authorized to represent clients in proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (Deutsches Patent- und Markenamt, DPMA), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

In addition, we have the power to represent you before regional and higher regional courts in Germany, as well as international dispute resolution bodies governing domain disputes.
